Co-Founders

Elliot Joseph was born in London. He has performed on the West End and Off-Broadway. Elliot first moved to NY in 2001 to attend The American Academy Of Dramatic Arts, where he was awarded the Max Fischer Award for acting and accepted into the schools Company program. Since, he has performed in Arielle Tepper’s Summer Play Festival in the NYC premiere of Stealing Sweets and Punching People, with Andre De Shields in a workshop directed by Ed Sherin, and at New Dramatists in a world premiere of Parhelia written by Arlene Hutton, and directed by Anne Kauffman. He also recently completed work with Newsweek shorts and in a short film with Ripfest called Ding Dong directed by OBIE winner Daniel Aukin. In London Elliot has worked at The Globe Theatre, Hackney Empire and Tricycle Theatre. He is also a member of the UK Film Council Film Lab, run by Denis Lawson. With Nylon Elliot has done various readings at The Actors Centre, London including Burt V. Royals Dog Sees God, where he played CB, whilst in NY he has acted & produced last years A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and this years Fuente Ovejuna.



 

Ivette Dumeng was happily born in Brooklyn, NY. Favorite theater credits include: Picasso at the Lapin Agile, (T. Schreiber Studio) The Monkey Show by John P. Shanley (LABrynth Theatre), Fuente Ovejuna & A Midsummer Night’s Dream (NFC) Currently attending Juilliard School for music. She has appeared in various TV commercials including McDonalds and Verizon, as well as in a variety of magazines. Some films include: Strangers with Candy (Paul Dinello) and 7 jobs and 7 days (Greta Seacat)! Currently studies with Terry Schreiber. Her second album of original jazz music and spoken word with Ted Nash is due out later this year. She co-founder of NyLon Fusion Collective Theater Company.
